Return and Shipping Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Only Funko POPs that have actual physical damage will be considered for return. Box damage of any sort does not apply. In these cases, the item(s) may be returned for the same product within FIVE (5) Days.
In cases where a returned item is issued, please do the following,
1) Contact 2Broz Collectibles via email.
2) Please include the following in the email:
- The item which is damaged
- A photo of the damage to the item
- A photo of the outer box with the shipping label intact.
3) Once confirmed, ship the item back inside a standard shipping box.
4) Once the item is received, we will ship you a new item or email you with store credit if the item is unavailable.
All items will be shipped as soon as they are received from the distributor. Items will be packaged with care and we try our best to insure you receive it in a good condition.
Please allow up to 3 business days for in stock items to be shipped.
